Post a tasting in Kyoto - the gentleman "holding Fred's hand" is the main liquor player in that town (and also dons a blonde wig when he plays in a rock 'n' roll band - specialising in Led Zep !)

Fred insists this was a brief moment's respite between tastings on what was (seemingly) a very grueling Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto and Kobe schedule.....yeah, sure!
